I’ve been sitting with your obstacles, letting them settle within me, and asking for guidance on your behalf.

I’ve been sitting with my own obstacles as well, charting a new way of moving through them.

My recent obstacle: I DON’T HAVE ENOUGH TIME. I CAN’T DO IT IN THE TIME I HAVE.

Here’s the guidance I’m getting:

Time isn’t the problem. Worry over time is only anxiety.

Now, look at how I’ve framed the obstacle. Go beyond “time” and notice that the block is in the “I” statement.

I’ve been thinking that I have to carry this deadline all on my own, without considering all the ways I am supported.

When you release your ideas about time and doing everything yourself, you open to the ways you are supported.

Allow yourself to be supported. Feel into all the ways you are being held.

Begin with the earth underneath your feet and the air that you breathe. What about your home, the roof over your head, the furniture you are seated upon?

Now, move to the loved ones in your life, the ones whose support you might have overlooked. Then keep going to your ancestors and and on and on.

Next, ask for guidance about what further support would serve you.

When you receive an answer, let me know, and we’ll see if there is a way for us to make that happen in 2022.
