Wait for the words.

They are never far from you,

Often lingering just below consciousness.

You can feel them rising,

But you can’t force them to the surface,

Like fish on a hook.

You wait for that first line,

And when you write it down,

You discover another one.

You write down all the words

Until there are no more.

You know when to stop.

The same way you know when to start.

Because you trust your own process.

I have no formula for good writing.

Only you know what works for you.

My advice is simply to make space

And the words will arrive

In their own time.
