In the same way you return to the breath and to the present moment in meditation, writing is always about returning, to the page, to the deep self.

It is about listening, knowing where are you are and what comes next. 

If you need a place to begin, use “Where I am,” and go for ten to twenty minutes. 

This simple practice is a compass for the mind, every day leading you home, to yourself, to the page, to what’s in front of you.

Continuous Practice provides gentle support, accountability, and community without a lot of chat or promotion

Set an open course for the summer, land in the present moment, and listen for the next right thing.
