The powerful combination of sitting meditation, slow walking, writing practice, deep reading, and yoga nidra help you dive beneath your discursive mind and into the belly of your work.
Gather with a nonjudgmental group of wisdom writers who are committed to a middle path combining: mindfulness practices with literary study, commitment to loved ones with commitment to self.

Are you longing for an extended block of time to work on your memoir, wisdom book, essays, or blog? Take the day to write your way back to yourself. Come soak in the silence and solitude with the support of a non-judgemental community. You’ll leave rested and with your writing engine refueled.
Designed to be your ideal writing day, we’ll start by brewing pots of chicken soup (butternut for vegetarians) while lounging in our pajamas. You’ll be led through the five foundational Write the Wise Way Home practices: sitting meditation, slow walking, writing practice, deep reading, and yoga nidra. By the end of the day, you’ll have moved through your resistance and discovered your deepest, most powerful material. All levels of writers are welcome.
