It looks like this strange state we find ourselves in will continue for some time.

The social distancing.

The masks.

The zoom chats.

Most of us will be at home for the foreseeable future.

How can you create space inside this new reality?

How do you make room for the mind to move and the writing to flow?

A few weeks ago, I wrote about filtering in place, keeping the internet chatter and the news at bay for as long as possible each day.

While you can’t avoid the hard news or the hard feelings,

You can protect your mind.

Within this reality, you can live and breathe. You can love and write.

What is that voice whispering to you?

Is it okay to fulfill your writing dreams when so many are suffering?

I would argue that not only is it safe, it is necessary.

There is no time to waste.

There is no better moment to show up and speak your truth.

The time to write is always now.

PS: In a few weeks, I’ll announce my ten-month intensive for writers ready to get their deepest work onto the page and into the world.

Ping me on my contact page if you want to be on the early notification list.I’ll be setting up complementary discovery sessions soon.

This will be no ordinary workshop. This will be an opportunity for you and your writing to receive deep attention, to be seen, held, and supported in bringing your experience and wisdom into the light.
