How not to be invisible
This is one way we develop compassion, through suffering. That old cliche about walking in someone else's shoes actually fits.
What do you need?
It usually takes us a while to peel away the layers of judgment about what we are not doing and arrive at what we truly need, which is usually the opposite of what we think we need.
I have only one thing to share with you this week: Whatever you're working on, whatever that dream project is that has you tied up in knots, keep going.

In a busy world that too often runs at high speed on a loud volume, it's good to have a time and a place -- a practice -- that allows you to see your mind as it is. It is a diagnostic and also an antidote.
